On the afternoon of October 21st, the project demonstration meeting for the Hebei Province Basic Mathematics Research Center was held in Shijiazhuang, combining both online and offline formats. The demonstration expert group was led by Professor Wu, Quanshui, Director of the Shanghai Mathematics Center and Professor at Fudan University. The members included Professor Fang, Xingui from Peking University, Professor Feng, Yanquan from Beijing Jiaotong University, Professor Xiao, Dongmei from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Professor Guo, Junyi from Nankai University, Professor Zhao, Huijiang, Dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Wuhan University, Professor Wang, Kaishun, Dean of the School of Mathematical Sciences at Beijing Normal University, and Professor Liu, Zhengwei from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Tsinghua University.

The meeting was chaired by the leader of the expert group, Professor Wu, Quanshui. The chief scientist of the Hebei Province Basic Mathematics Research Center and former President of Hebei Normal University, Jiang, Chunlan, delivered a welcome speech, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the experts for their presence and guidance.

Professor Yuan, Liping, Dean of the School of Mathematical Sciences at Hebei Normal University, reported on the proposed research project "Combinatorial Theoretical Methods and Quantum Information Computation." The report covered six aspects: the center's introduction and research background, main members of the project team, main research content, research foundation, expected outcomes, and budget. The expert group conducted an in-depth discussion of the proposed project and formed a recommendation opinion. The expert group unanimously agreed to recommend the project for approval.
